FY27 Community Project Funding Requests
Listed below is a summary of the projects Congresswoman Bynum submitted to the House Appropriations Committee for FY27, along with each project's recipient, requested amount, and required financial disclosure letter. The projects are listed in alphabetical order and will be announced throughout the month of April. Members are restricted to only 20 Community Project Submissions.
In compliance with House Rules and Committee requirements, Congresswoman Bynum has certified that she and her immediate family have no financial interest in any of the projects she has requested.
Project Title: Deschutes County Sheriff's Office Equipment Acquisition

Bill: Commerce, Justice and Science, Department of Justice – Community Oriented Policing Services
Project Purpose: $2,298,673 for the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office to purchase new body-worn cameras, supporting hardware and software, and a taser package to enhance officer accountability and community safety.
