Our office is now accepting Appropriations, and Community Project Funding, and NDAA Requests for FY27. To submit a request, please use the forms below.

FY27 Programmatic Appropriations Requests (Due Thursday, February 26)
Please use this form to submit PROGRAMMATIC funding or report language appropriations requests to the office of Rep. Janelle Bynum (OR-05). The deadline to submit programmatic appropriations requests is Thursday, February 26 at 6 PM EST.

FY27 Community Project Funding (Due Thursday, February 26)
Please use this form to submit COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING ("earmark") appropriations requests to the office of Rep. Janelle Bynum (OR-05). The deadline to submit Community Project Request appropriations requests is Thursday, February 26 at 6 PM EST.

FY27 NDAA Requests (Due Wednesday, February 11)
Our office is also accepting FY27 NDAA requests. Please note that because Congresswoman Bynum does not sit on the House Armed Services Committee we can only support a limited amount of NDAA requests. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The deadline to submit NDAA requests is Wednesday, February 11 at 5 PM EST.
