Congresswoman Bynum: “I Will Never Stop Demanding the Truth”

Oregon City, OR – Today, Congresswoman Janelle Bynum (OR-05) released the following statement after the White House included the Congresswoman on a list – and lied about her statement – of “57 Times Sick, Unhinged Democrats Declared War on Law Enforcement” in response to Democratic lawmakers’ statements on U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s lawlessness in American cities.

“This President continues to have a slippery relationship with the truth,” said Rep. Bynum. “Donald Trump is deploying armed troops into our cities, but now the White House wants to say I’m the one who’s ‘declaring war’? Get a grip. I will not be intimidated, I will not stop calling it like I see it, and I will never stop demanding the truth.”
