Congresswoman Bynum Hosts Congressman Raskin at Portland State University Town Hall to Hear from Students

Today, Congresswoman Janelle Bynum (OR-05) hosted Congressman Jamie Raskin (MD-08) at a student-only town hall at Portland State University to hear directly from college students about the challenges they face and their role in our democracy. This event builds on Rep. Bynum’s K-30 initiative, which focuses on supporting young Oregonians and Americans.

“My work has always been a love letter to Oregon’s children,” said Rep. Bynum. “Today’s conversations only strengthened that purpose. Hearing directly from Oregon’s students about the challenges they face makes it clear we have more work to do – and I’m committed to doing it. Thanks to Congressman Raskin for joining these critical conversations with the next generation.”
